The Company
TMP Consulting Engineers, Inc. is an independent Boston based forty person mechanical and electrical consulting engineering firm. We are affiliated with TMP Consulting Engineers in Toronto, Canada which extends our ability to do work on an international level.
The Philosophy
We are a service oriented design firm offering innovative yet practical solutions to Owners, Developers and Architects. We are committed to the success of every project. Our twelve shareholders are responsible for the firm’s operations. These key personnel assume the prime responsibilities on all our projects and are there to ensure it’s success.
Sustainable Design
65% of our designers and engineers are LEED accredited professionals. TMP is currently involved in multiple building designs that are pursuing various LEED ratings.
The Service
Our strength lies in our ability to offer service on a wide variety of project types including office buildings and the associated tenant fit-out, laboratories, airports, medical facilities, public and private schools, shopping malls and retail buildings, hotels, college and university facilities, conference centers, performing art centers, concert halls, condominiums, residential buildings, museums, libraries, police and fire stations, correctional facilities, parking garages and religious buildings.
Projects include both public and private sector work involving new projects as well as restorations and renovations. We seek to bring together our varied experience to work with the Owner, Developer and Architect to understand the particular project, its needs and to propose solution options. We strive to achieve a relationship with our clients that will continue beyond the project at hand.
Our client list includes prominent Owners, Developers, Architects and Contractors. We are team players. We are equally comfortable working in either a traditional design bid format or the design-build format.
